Terms and Conditions

All goods or services supplied by Elm Workspace, a trading division of Elm Office Product Ltd. (“the Company”), shall be exclusively upon our Terms of Business, otherwise specifically accepted by the Company in writing.

All prices quoted,including delivery, are subject to VAT at the current rate. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, subject to a 30 day credit account being opened (not required for most educational establishments). The Company reserves the right to charge interest should these terms be exceeded.

All goods remain the property of the Company until payment has been received in full. Some deliveries may be subject to additional charges, for example, outlying parts of
Scotland, Northern Ireland and off-shore British Isles. All delivery times quoted are approximate.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to the delivery date not being met. Orders cancelled after 3 working days from the manufacturer’s order acknowledgement date are subject to a handling charge - this may be the full value of the order. Please note that many of our products are made to order and as such are non-returnable.

All goods within this catalogue are sold with 12 months Manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise stated), during which time if any product develops a fault we will replace, repair or refund the original purchase price at our discretion. This warranty,does not extend to fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse.

The Company accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss. Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be stated on the delivery note and made in writing to the
Company within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information in this catalogue is accurate, the Company reserves the right to make changes to prices and specifications without prior notice. All sizes quoted are approximate. Due to the limitations of the printing process, colours shown are intended as a guide only.
